    Shipping Policy

    We are working to get your orders out as quickly and as safely as possible.

    Orders with standard shipping typically process to ship out within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

    Currently, online orders are being processed from Monday-Saturday 10 am-5 pm PST. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and through the weekend will be processed the following week as quickly as possible. Orders placed during promotional sales may take more business days to process.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.

    Standard Shipping: Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.

    * The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

    Orders are being picked up and delivered to third-party carriers regularly throughout the week. Once your order has been confirmed as shipping out, it will go out with the next batch that is picked up. You may see a delay in seeing tracking movement once the carrier receives the package to when it is en route due to a higher-than-usual amount of packages being shipped - this means your tracking number may not show updates for a few days after it is made. Continue to check the tracking for updates and contact the carrier if you have any questions or concerns.

    Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers according to local customs policy.

    Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

    We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.

    With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
